Meet the woman behind the yoga

Hey, I’m Natalie

Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years, but my journey to teaching didn’t begin in a yoga studio.

After many years working in the corporate world as a Product Designer (UX/UI), I reached a point where I wanted life to feel a little different, more intentional, more connected and with more space for the things that truly mattered to me.

Over the years, my practice has been a place to move, breathe, reset and reconnect with myself. Eventually, I decided to take that love of yoga further and train as a yoga teacher.

Now, I want to create the kind of yoga spaces I believe more of us need: welcoming, inclusive and free from judgement.

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know the poses. And you definitely don’t need to look a certain way to practise yoga.

Whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or yoga has been part of your life for years, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

For me, yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose. It’s about creating a little more space to move, breathe, connect and simply be.

Beyond the mat

When I’m not practising or teaching yoga, you’ll usually find me designing, creating or planning my next adventure.

I’m also a Brand & Web Designer, specialising in creating thoughtful brands and websites for wellness brands and professionals. I love helping people bring their vision to life through design that feels authentic, considered and true to who they are.

I also have a huge love for travel and experiencing different cultures. Exploring somewhere new, meeting people and seeing life from a different perspective has always inspired me — both personally and creatively.

For me, yoga, design and travel are all connected by the same things: creativity, curiosity and connection.

Expect welcoming, down-to-earth sessions combining mindful movement, breath and moments of stillness. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or able to master every pose, just come as you are.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll be very welcome on the mat.

Children's yoga

Children’s yoga is all about making movement, mindfulness and wellbeing fun and accessible. Through yoga poses, breathing exercises, games and creative activities, children are encouraged to move their bodies, build confidence and discover simple ways to find calm.

My sessions create a welcoming space where there’s no pressure to get a pose “right”. Instead, children can explore, use their imagination and enjoy being themselves, while developing skills they can take beyond the yoga mat.
